Steve Simpson is an international speaker, author and consultant whose work combines research, practical organisational experience and an engaging, refreshingly direct style.
Steve has worked with organisations across four continents to improve performance and productivity by transforming workplace cultures. Clients have included McLaren Automotive and Next in the UK, Kmart Australia and New Zealand, SAP globally and Toyota Australia.
He is the creator of the UGRs® concept, author of Cracking the Corporate Culture Code, and co-author of four further books including A Culture Turned with Stef du Plessis.
Steve holds a Master’s degree from the University of Alberta and was invited to undertake an Australian lecture tour alongside Harvard University Professor Rosabeth Moss Kanter.
